The number of Artists required fully depend on your location, timeline, how early we are able to start, estimated time per person per service and how soon everyone is to be ready by. Once I have all this information, I can give you a more accurate travel quote.

What is your minimum count?
I don't have a minimum head count, I have a minimum $ amount. All Saturday and Sunday weddings are an $800 service dollar Minimum.

How do I book you?
All weddings require a signed contract, and a $300 non-refundable, non-transferable booking retainer to reserve your date regardless of who you are, how I know you or how close your wedding date is.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For booking retainers and full balance payments I accept: cash, credit card, venmo, apple pay or paypal.
Day of services on site are cash only.
I NEVER accept checks, no exceptions.

How many people can you accommodate?
Lots of variables affect how many people can be accommodated. Including but not limited to; the amount of time allotted, the venue we are working in, how many stylists are working your wedding party.

How far out do you book?
I am currently booking weddings up to one year out. Trials are recommended but not mandatory, and can be scheduled Tuesday through Friday, up to 60 days in advance.

How long can I book you for?
Booking options can vary based on your needs and preferences. I offer both a-la-carte services and package deals, which can include extended touch-up times, photo styling, look changes, and more. The selection ultimately depends on your budget, what aspects are most important to you, and how much you are willing to invest in these services.

Unfortunately due to one horrible experience, we have to relay this message to every client so there is no misunderstanding. I apologize in advance as 99.9999999% of you would never dream of doing this, but it unfortunately needs to be stated so everyone is aware.
At The Backstage Stylist, we take the integrity of our business and the value of our services very seriously. Please be aware that theft of services is a crime under New York State law. We have a zero tolerance policy for any attempt to defraud us out of payment for services rendered. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service or before. We do not under any circumstance accept checks the day of your wedding. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We are strictly cash only the day of. NO exceptions. Please have your affairs in order as we will not leave until we are paid in cash. If you can not pay in cash, you can always pay for services by venmo or credit card in advance
According to New York State law:
• Services intentionally unpaid under $1,000 are petit-larceny and considered a misdemeanor.
• Services intentionally unpaid over $1,000 are grand larceny and considered a felony.
Both misdemeanors and felonies are arrestable offenses. Both convictions stay on your record forever, one is side eyed when looking for a job and one prevents you from voting, obtaining employment and even entrance into certain countries.
