Hiya! I'm Genn Shaughnessy

I'm a Non-Union, Free-Agent Stylist with 20+ years of production experience working primarily in TV & Film, Commercials and Marketing Campaigns. I provide Makeup, Hair and Wardrobe Styling services for various types of productions & special events.

My passion is traveling and working on international projects especially those involving Ireland, Scotland and the UK. My family is from Ireland and in my free time I research our family history, study Irish & Scottish Gaelic and the History of the UK, especially Haunted Castles, Witches and Folklore. I love a good ghost story!

I specialize in soft glam and natural makeup, but my absolute favorite is Rock n Roll Glam. I have a special place in my heart for musicians for we'd be lost without them. It's not something I get to do all the time do to the nature of my work. However, regardless of my personal preferences, I always meet the needs of my client and look forward to curating your special project.

Genn Shaughnessy is a Licensed Cosmetologist that specializes in MakeUp, Hair & Wardrobe Styling for HD Video, Live Broadcasts, Photo and Film. She divides her time on location or in salon and provides Makeup, Hair and Skin Services at Wellness on Delaware and Unfiltered Beauty Spas in Delmar

Her ability to produce various types of Styling for mixed media demonstrates her amazing eye for detail and ability to think outside the lines of conventional thinking. Her vast knowledge of cosmetics & beauty tools shines in writing and producing beauty segments and educational media.

Genn has had the pleasure of working with various Directors, Department Heads and celebrities. This non exhaustive roster includes Lee Geddy, Melissa auf de Maur, Mark Ruffalo, Ron Perlman, Judy Greer, Michael Shannon, Carrie Underwood, Thomas Lennon, Christina Hendricks, Greta Lee and David Cassidy.
