Extension Types

  • Weft hair extensions are a type of hair extension that comes in a long strip or curtain-like form. They are versatile, durable, and can be applied using various methods. Weft extensions are an excellent choice for individuals looking to add volume, length, or even experiment with different colors and styles.

    Machine-Tied Wefts: These wefts are created by machine sewing the hair together. They are known for their durability and thickness.

    Hand-Tied Wefts: These wefts are made by hand, resulting in a thinner and more flexible option. Hand-tied wefts offer a more natural look and feel.

    Weft extensions require adjustments every 6 weeks. This ensures they stay securely attached and comfortabl and protects the integrity of your natural hair.. It’s highly recommended they be removed every 3-4 months and reinstalled.

  • Tape-in hair extensions are a popular and versatile type of hair extension that offers a seamless and natural look. These extensions are attached to natural hair using a "sandwich" method, where a thin strip of adhesive tape is used to bond the extension to a section of the natural hair.

    Tape-in extensions are applied using a "sandwich" technique. A thin section of natural hair is sandwiched between two wefts of the extension, with the adhesive sides facing each other.

    No Heat or Tools: Unlike other extension methods that may require heat or specialized tools, tape-in extensions are applied without the need for heat, making the process quicker and more comfortable.

    Maintenance is required every 6-8 weeks with total removal and replacement suggested at 4-6 months.

  • Keratin bonded extensions are a type of hair extension that involves the use of keratin, a natural protein found in human hair and nails. These extensions are known for their natural appearance, seamless integration with natural hair, and durability.

    Keratin bonded extensions typically come as individual strands. Each strand has a small, pre-tipped keratin bond at one end.

    The application process involves attaching the keratin-tipped extension strand to small sections of natural hair using a heat applicator tool. This tool melts the keratin bond, allowing it to fuse with the natural hair.
