Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH MY ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM (see "schedule now" buttons on my FB page and website) NO EXCEPTIONS. I will no longer be booking appointments through facebook, text messages or friends of friends. NO EXCEPTIONS. Every single appointment must abide by the 48 hour cancellation policy. Meaning, if you would like to cancel your appointment you need to give a minimum of 48 hours notice. Anyone not abiding by the 48 hour cancellation policy will be charged the full price of their appointment. Clients with more then 2 no shows will be dismissed. No exceptions.

If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment you will most likely have to reschedule. If you are a client that is always late, or mostly late, find a new stylist. I will not let my clients who do run on time be inconvenienced. I  understand things happen and sometimes it happens, that's ok. It's the clients who are always late that this is an issue.

Weddings are an entirely different policy all together, please review the wedding contract and rates for info.
